How to begin
Free Consultation
You can make an appointment for a 30-minute free initial consultation on the home page of our website. You will have an initial conversation with our RBT/BCBA about your child’s situation. And we will establish an initial file, and keep the contact information for further communication. We will determine if we can accept your child based on your insurance plan.
Assessment
We will make diagnosis and treatment plan based on the child’s condition.
Treatment
Begin treatment according to the plan formed by our BCBA. We will always set up the treatment plan that best fit the child’s progress.
Data collection & feedback
We collect data on the child’s treatment in real time. Parents or guardians can contact us to obtain the data and give us the real-time feedback on the child’s treatment progress.
Reassessment & Plan Adjustment
We will re-evaluate the child’s condition and adjust the treatment plan each session according to the insurance company’s requirements, so that each session the child can receive the most suitable treatment plan for them.
